How to order by Mail Order, Phone or Email

If you would like to order any of the Clay Flowers ,Clay and tools by Mail order, Phone, email or just print off the Customer order form . Please complete all your contact details, the Item No and payment details. that you prefer . If you order by email ,We will contact you to confirm, your preferred payment option eg. (Credit card over phone, Cheque, Cash, Money Order or Direct Bank Deposit).

Postage & Handling:

"Combined Shipping" You can multiple items be shipped together to save on the shipping.

Order Online: (in Australia only) -you will only pay full shipping on the first item.

-You will receive a 50% discount on shipping for all additional items.

Please note combined shipping only works on a per order basis. To take advantage of discounted shipping please keep all your purchases in one order.

The cost for the clay flower Large sizes: Charge varies depending on the item, or you can pick them up at The Flemington Racecourse Market.

If you are from another state, after you have placed your order we will contact you with the cost of the Postage, Packing & Handling. Otherwise you can email us with the Item Number and your postcode before you place your order. We will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have not received your item after 14 days of shipping please contact us.

We will then conduct an investigation with the relevant courier to track down your parcel. This can take approximately 14 business days. Until we hear back from the courier company results of the investigation we will not be able to issue a replacement item but we will act as quickly as soon as we receive the results.

You can rest assured that we do everything we can to ensure your parcel is delivered on time. However, occasionally some delays may occur from our carriers that we have absolutely no control over. In these circumstances, Patty clay flowers will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.

* Orders are sent without an insurance and are done at the customers own risk. Request to have registered post.
* Returns: Credit to account if returned undamaged within 7 days with receipt of merchandise.
* If items are out of stock, they will not be backordered unless requested at time of order.
* Note: Please make cheques or money orders payable to "Patty craft and supplies".

Returns & Refunds

*Item must be returned within 7 Days. Refund will be issued by check or Paypal.

*Please use the original shipping box and package protection materials to secure the product. All returns must include all original items undamaged in re-saleable condition; Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer are responsible for shipping costs incurred in returns postage. We therefore recommend that you take out shipment registration and insurance with Australia Post.
